Meet Wade Taylor…
Born and raised in St. Augustine and growing up in the Air Conditioning industry, Wade gained invaluable hands-on experience by working alongside his father and grandfather from a young age, mastering every aspect of air conditioning.
Wade’s passion for the trade led him to pursue a degree in Applied Physics from Jacksonville University (JU ‘97), where he also excelled as a member of the university’s baseball team, Go Phins! Balancing his academic and athletic commitments, he developed a strong work ethic and a strategic mindset that he now brings to his business.
Combining his extensive practical experience with his academic background, Wade has transformed Genesis AC & Heat into a leader in the field, known for embracing cutting-edge technology and providing excellent customer service. Wade’s dedication to continuous improvement and innovation reflects his deep-rooted passion for the industry and his vision for the future. His commitment to improvement continues through his love of giving back to his community. Wade often volunteers at St. Augustine and Pedro Menendez High Schools or umpiring games at St. Augustine Little League. Wade is also a member of the Masonic Lodge, St. Augustine Shrine Club, past President of St. Augustine Little League, past President of St. Augustine Sunrise Rotary, past Area Governor of Rotary District 6970, past Chairman, and current board member of the Contractor Review Board for St. Johns County and a Second Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Wade also enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and their two children, Neely and Brooks. They often enjoy the beach and an array of local restaurants around St. Augustine.
Meet Andrew Butler...
Andy Butler grew up in South Florida and on an island in the Caribbean called Dominica. He came to Saint Augustine in 2005 for college and fell in love with this beautiful, historic town. He ended up attending Liberty University online, where he got a Bachelor’s in Religion and Philosophy while already having an Associate’s in Business from SJRCC. While in college, he met and married his wife of more than 15 years, Lindy.
At that same time, he entered into the real estate industry. He has grown his knowledge extensively over the almost 20 years he’s been working in real estate. From helping families buy and sell homes to renovating and flipping houses, Andy has gotten well acquainted with all the ins and outs of housing. He’s seen the havoc poor workmanship can wreak on homes and grew passionate about helping people find quality workers and companies to help care for their homes. His entrepreneurial spirit has also flourished over the years of working in sales and growing his real estate business.
Andy brings all the skills he honed in real estate and his incredible work ethic into his partnership with Genesis AC and Heat. His love for this community has only grown over the years, and he’s committed to building a company that brings value to all the residents of St. Johns County. It’s a town he’s personally invested in, as Lindy and he raise their three young kids here. You can find him on the soccer fields over the weekend, at cross country meets with his son, or attending his daughter’s dance recitals. He’s also involved in the hospital outreach ministry with his church, Trinity Episcopal. When he’s not engaged in family, church, or work, you can find him surfing or running. Surfing is a lifelong passion he shares with many in town, and running is a hobby he and his wife have recently enjoyed- running four marathons in the last four years!
Meet Kylee Turner...
Kylee Turner was born and raised in Saint Augustine, FL, where he’s been a proud resident. He married his wife, Amy, 26 years ago, and together, they’ve grown a close-knit family with their three kids, Tyler, Kylee Jr., and Kourtney.
After attending trade school at *VO-Tech. Kylee went into the construction industry, where he worked for almost 30 years in St. Augustine and the surrounding communities. He sets a high standard of excellence for himself and his team, applying an in-depth knowledge of how to build quality homes through decades of experience. He also brings extraordinary value into his work, never cutting corners while always quoting fair rates. Kylee desires to contribute to the betterment of his beloved town tangibly. He is also the Vice Chair of the St. Johns County License Review Board and a St. Augustine Boating Club member.
When he’s not diving into a new construction project, Kylee embodies the quintessential Florida lifestyle. With a passion for boating and fishing, weekends often find him out on the water, teaching his family the joys of angling and navigating the region’s beautiful waterways. He also has an excellent appreciation for hunting. He prides himself on being a hard-working, reliable member of the community.
